What can clients expect in your class: To be supported and have fun while I offer adjustments and tips for you to get the most out of your class. I want you to feel challenged and engaged during class. I want you to feel successful and fulfilled with an endorphins high after!
Advice for First Timers: Embrace the fact that this is something new and exciting and know that with each class you'll find a little more confidence and strength.
Fun fact: I ran my first half marathon in 2026 and am building an online community for sustainable health, fitness and mindful living.
Bio: Malia is a former corporate professional who now works in health and fitness as well as wedding planning. She enjoys many forms of movement, including running, strength training, hiking, and anything outdoors—along with her love for Lagree. She also loves to dance and go out, but equally values a good book or show and cozy, relaxed weekends at home.
