What is Lagree?
Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that strengthens, tones, and sculpts the entire body in one efficient session.
It improves strength, endurance, core stability, posture, balance, and muscular control through constant time-under-tension. Every movement is scalable, making it effective for all fitness levels.
Lagree is not Pilates — it is a modern strength method focused on intensity, control, and visible results.
New to Lagree?
Beginners can start with Foundations classes to learn the basics and build confidence on the Megaformer. All other classes are designed for all levels, with instructors offering modifications and progressions so every client is supported.
What to Expect
Please arrive 10 minutes early to meet your instructor and get introduced to the Megaformer. Late arrivals are not permitted and will forfeit the class credit.
During class, expect slow, controlled movements that challenge your muscles in a completely different way than traditional workouts. Shaking and taking breaks is normal — your instructor will guide you throughout.
After class, you’ll feel worked, energized, and stronger. Mild soreness for 24–48 hours is common.
What to Wear
Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothing that allows full movement. Grip socks are required for all classes for safety and hygiene.
don’t Have a Pair!
Grip socks are available for purchase in-studio.
