Playlist vibe: A mix of literally everything! I love to create playlists and use different genres like alt rock/indie, rap, pop, and throwbacks. Always trying to find new songs for everyone to jam to.
Advice for first time clients: Just showing up is enough. This is your time to explore something new and connect with your body in a different way. The movements and machines will become like second nature over time, but the real progress comes from slowing down, staying present, and allowing yourself to grow through the challenge.
Bio: Juliette believes movement is a powerful way to reconnect with oneself and is passionate about creating that space for others. She finds joy in guiding people through mindful movement and witnessing them connect with their bodies. In her classes, she encourages students to stay present, focusing on breath and slow, controlled movement. She emphasizes listening to the body while also gently pushing beyond comfort zones. Her goal is for each person to leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and more in tune with themselves.
