Bio:Jordan grew up as a dancer, where she developed a deep appreciation for movement, control, and the mind-to-muscle connection. That foundation led her to fall in love with Lagree, a method that challenges both the body and the mind in a way that feels powerful and intentional. Jordan brings that same awareness into every class, helping clients move with purpose while building strength and confidence. Her goal is to create a workout that is just as mentally engaging as it is physically challenging.
