Fun Fact: I am a huge dog lover, they’ve always been a part of my family and I spent years working with shelter pups. I missed my dogs so much when I moved to NY, I ended up rescuing a kitten and becoming a cat mom for the first time!
Bio: Blake grew up in Boston and moved to Queens in 2023 to attend graduate school at Hofstra, where she is getting her PhD in Clinical Psychology. Fitness has always been a part of her life and she was introduced to the Lagree method in high school by her mom, who is also an instructor! Blake has been in love with the workout ever since and was so grateful to find lagreeny when she moved, where she was welcomed into the community and encouraged to pursue her dream of becoming an instructor. When she is not at the studio or at school, Blake enjoys running outside, going to concerts, and obsessing over her kitten Enzo.
