Describe Your Class in 3 Words: High intensity, Form focused, Shaky.
What Can Clients Expect in Your Class? My class is challenging, motivating, and totally doable. Expect high intensity work that pushes your physical strength and mental grit, while still feeling supported the entire time. You’ll leave sweaty, strong, and feeling proud of yourself! During class, I want you to feel challenged, focused, fully present, and tuned into your mind/body connection. I encourage you to embrace the shake, lean into the discomfort, and trust your strength. After class, I want you to leave feeling powerful, accomplished, and proud of yourself. Most importantly, I want you to carry that confidence with you, knowing you can do hard things both in and out of the studio.
Advice for First-Timers: Keep your ears open and listen closely to instructor cues; they’ll guide you through every movement. Give yourself grace, because every class is a learning experience and you’ll take something new away each time. Most importantly, have fun!
Fun Fact: During my college lacrosse career, I suffered an L5 stress fracture, a torn ACL, and underwent three hip surgeries, the last of which left me being told I might never play lacrosse again. I started taking Lagree in 2024 after struggling to get back into a fitness routine after college, and it completely changed my relationship with movement. It improved my proprioception, strength, and confidence to be athletic again. Since then, I’ve completed two HYROX competitions and now live an active lifestyle that includes Lagree, weightlifting, and HYROX training.
