Bio: Emily is originally from Gaithersburg, Maryland and has been teaching Lagree since 2018. She grew up dancing, and switched from a corporate career to fitness in 2017. In addition to teaching Lagree, she also teaches barre and HIIT classes across Astoria and Manhattan and is a personal trainer. She hopes her Lagree classes leave you feeling strong and empowered!
