Fun Fact: I am a nurse and a teacher.
Bio: Kim grew up in Long Island and graduated from Molloy College with a bachelors in nursing. After the pandemic, returned to school to follow her true passion and earned her master’s degree in elementary education from Queens College. Fitness and sports were always a huge part of her life. Kim ran track and played soccer and volleyball growing up. After high school, she got into marathon running and started focusing on incorporating a variety of exercises into her fitness routine. After discovering the magic of Lagree in 2020, she was hooked. Teaching Lagree is the perfect marrying of Kim’s love of teaching and fitness. Kim’s goal is to show every single client how strong they really are while listening to a super fun playlist.
