Fun Fact: I played D1 lacrosse in college and I often find that my classes resemble my time spent in the weight room with my team. Lots of hip hop, lots of hard work and a little bit of laughter.
Bio: Kate is a Lagree certified instructor who has been teaching since 2015. Her passion for fitness stems from playing lacrosse at the collegiate level. Now, she is driven in the studio by her desire to challenge others to dig deep and find their best and strongest self. Her four young children are her motivation to work hard so she can lead by example.
