WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO CLASS?
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class start time and 10 minutes prior if you are a new client. New clients will be given a tutorial of the megaformer and what to expect during class.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS
Grip Socks are mandatory but don’t worry, if you forget we have a great selection in the studio for purchase.
Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow your body to stretch and move freely. Heavy jewelry is not recommended.
Refrain from wearing strong perfumes or lotions as some clients are allergic and they may cause you to slip.
Cell Phones are not allowed on the megaformers or in class. This is your 50 minutes to de-plug.
Bottle of Water, we also have bottles for purchase

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO LAGREE?
Lagree is designed to work your muscles to the point of fatigue. While there is no magic number we recommend taking Lagree 3-4 times a week. This all depends on your current fitness level and the intensity of your workouts. Everyone is different and recovers at different rates. Please remember rest is extremely important for your body.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE OR MISS A CLASS?
Subways and traffic are unpredictable, meetings run late and things come up..we totally understand. Unless it’s your first class you will be able to join 5 minutes past the start time but anything after will not be allowed.. Safety First!!
If you need to cancel a class you can do so up until 12 hours prior. Anything after will be considered a late cancel and you will be charged for the class.
HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?
You can put yourself on the waitlist for any class that is full. You will be notified via email if you have been accepted into the class. Please check your account and email for a notification.
DO YOU HAVE LOCKERS AND SHOWERS?
We have cubbies for you to store your personal belongings. We do not have showers but we carry plenty of products for you to freshen up with.
HOW LONG IS A SESSION?
The studio offers a 50- minute workout session.
DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE SESSIONS?
We are happy to offer individual, duo, or group private sessions. Please contact us for pricing and scheduling.
